Paint and New Hardware could work wonders!

Paint and New Hardware could work wonders!

When selling your home the kitchen is the room that is the most important yes? So here is my quick take on how to spruce it up on a small budget.
The same could be said for buying a home where the kitchen needs some lurve… Here is the The High Five. If you can’t afford the remodel then do this. 1 Paint! The walls and the cabinets provided they are in decent shape, even the hardware can be spray painted chrome black or bronze. 2 Lighting. If outdated add pendants, and or under cabinet lighting. 3 Add a new back splash, use something luxe looking and shiny. 4 If there is room for a table and chairs, consider an island, just use stock cabinetry top with what you can afford, laminate, or butchers block or if you are really savvy find an off-cut of quartz or granite. 5 Take a look at your floors, ceramic tile is really inexpensive and if you choose the larger ones you will have less grout lines and speaking of grout use a similar colour to make it look seamless and bigger.
