Take a salad most days, a big salad with lettuce or spring mix, chopped tomato, red pepper and cucumber, add cheese, artichokes, olives. Add a piece of fresh fruit and keep a bottle of homemade dressing in your desk or locker. In addition stock up on some crackers and dried fruit when the munchies strike. If there are leftovers from dinner take those or make a sandwich for a change. It may seem boring but it is good for me keeping you and your wallet healthy especially as it is too easy to eat badly. All potential savings IE $10 a day can be automatically diverted to your savings account for $200 per month.
