I bought some French bread and I did not use all of it, then forgot to pop it in the freezer, so today it was pretty hard. I needed it for dinner last night, so I refreshed it.
To refresh the bread, sprinkle the entire loaf lightly with water then wrap with foil and put it in to the oven at the lowest setting for 10 minutes on the oven rack. It will taste fresh again.
