When I get to the end of the jar I use the last few drops to make a new salad dressing. Our Currant Favorite is,

TO THE ORIGINAL HONEY JAR ADD
1 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
1/4 BALSAMIC VINIGAR
1 TEASPOON OF DIJON MUSTARD
TOP & SHAKE & ITS READY TO SERVE
PLEASE USE WHAT EVER OIL/VINIGAR/MUSTARD ON HAND TO TRY OUT NEW COMBOS.
