Try this easy recipe out this weekend for breakfast.

1 ½ CUPS LARGE FLAKE ROLLED OATS
¼ SLICED ALMONDS (OR CRANBERRIES ECT)
1 TBLS BROWN SUGAR
2 TBLS MAPLE SYRUP
PINCH SALT
3 CUPS MILK
NUTMEG TO TASTE
BUTTER A 2 LITRE BAKING PAN/DISH AND COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS STIRRING IN MILK AND THEN SPRINKLING IN NUTMEG IF USING.
BAKE @ 350 F/180 C OVEN UNTIL ALL THE MILK IS ABSORBED APPROX 40 MINUTES
SERVE HOT.
