Bread makers that were so popular a few years ago seem to have fallen out of favour, and to be honest I do not use mine as often as I used to but with all my leftover cheese I decided to make a cheese bread. I had a half wheel of very ripe brie left and used it to substitute the 1 cup of Cheddar that the recipe called for. It smelled amazing during the last hour of cooking and it did indeed taste delicious, it will probably taste even better when toasted. As I have a lot of dried fruit left over, I will use the bread maker again to make a trail mix or cinnamon raisin style bread.
