We dined out at an Italian restaurant last night and was served some nice bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add the oil to the plate, drop some vinegar on top and swirl, very pretty and tasty, just tear pieces of bread and dunk. Nice with a drink to start your meal. You can also use any favourite dips and oils that are languishing in the cupboards.
